Eleven Development is proud to launch USA University Pathways, a new programme created to connect talented footballers with opportunities to study and compete in the United States.

Our first showcase event will take place on 16–17 March 2027, giving players aged 18 and over the opportunity to be assessed in person, over two days by a leading US college recruiting coach.

Unlike many one-day events, our showcase runs across two days, allowing players multiple opportunities to demonstrate their ability in a competitive, professional environment.

Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Monroe University Men's Soccer programme in New York.

As Recruiting Coordinator, Dario plays a key role in identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes for Monroe University's nationally recognised football programme.

Travelling exclusively from the United States to partner with Eleven Development, Dario will spend two full days working with, observing and assessing players attending our showcase event.

This is your opportunity to perform in front of a coach whose role is centred around identifying talent and recruiting players into the US college system.

SCHOLARSHIP

OPPORTUNITIES.

Through our USA University Pathways programme, players may be introduced to opportunities across a network of more than 100 universities and colleges throughout the United States.

Depending on individual ability, academic eligibility and recruitment requirements, players may have the opportunity to be considered for full or partial athletic scholarships.

Our aim is simple, to provide talented players with genuine opportunities to pursue both their football and educational ambitions in America.

Over two action-packed days, players will take part in professionally organised sessions and matches, giving Dario every opportunity to evaluate each individual in a range of realistic football environments.

This extended format allows players to settle into the event, demonstrate consistency, and showcase different aspects of their game,something that simply isn't possible during a single-session trial.

UNDERSTANDING THE

USA COLLEGE

SYSTEM.

There are several routes into college football in the United States, each offering different opportunities depending on your football ability, academic profile and long-term goals.

NCAA

The NCAA is the largest and most recognised college athletics organisation in the USA. It consists of Division I, Division II and Division III universities, with many institutions offering athletic scholarships and competing at an exceptionally high standard.

NAIA

NAIA universities provide another excellent pathway for student-athletes, combining competitive football with academic opportunities. Many NAIA programmes also offer athletic scholarships and attract talented international players.

NJCAA

The NJCAA is made up of junior colleges across the United States. For many players, it provides an excellent starting point, offering the chance to develop both academically and athletically before progressing to NCAA or NAIA universities.
